We often get requests from groups that wants both pools, ask and we will give you an offer.

The complete property is 14 000 m2 plot. The main house is 600 m2 house.

You are 100% private in your house no other guests, owner or others. Private parking, pool and outdoor area.

For now Our tourist license is for 16 guests in 8 rooms So this is the main house with pool and garden 100% private. 

 We have 2 PA systems with easy to use digital mixers, mics, mic stands, amplifier.

Even if our nabos are mostly more than 1000 m from the house the sound is traveling.

Our nabos normally don't complain unless you play HIGH music after 12. 

No music / sound over 95 Db at any time.
No music / sound over 65 Db between 24.00 and 12.00.

For control with sound level you can only use our sound system with LIMITER for controlling the Db. 

 Yes, we have AC in corridors to cool down the bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms has private AC.
All rooms has fans, moving air is often much better then AC and you have less possibility to catch a cold.   In total the property has about 20 AC

 All towels and other things that should be washed. 
But bed linen please leave them ON the bed(s).
Please take the towels to the kitchen area.
Brush out all floors and remove all garbage.
All glasses, plates etc. cleaned or in the dish washer.

We wash all surfaces and floors and the bath rooms.   

 You also find us on FB and Instagram,  we have different photos there.
We update this site when we renew rooms or outdoor area. 

 Check-in is ​17.00 if we have outgoing guests.

If we have incoming guests it is 10.00
​If we don't have incoming guests you are free to use the outside area until 12.00  

We are normally using a local caterer Elmosset.

We can arrange with full pension or just some of your meals. Normally 3 meals pr. day. We will work together on the menu. 

You can also have us clean outside area every morning so you wake up with a smile.
Just ask, we are flexible. 

Normally guests have the meals as buffet also dinners since there is often have vegetarians or allergies.

If you would like the food plated the caterer can also arrange this on request.  

 * The Music studios recording area is also used for meeting room on separate agreement.

* Bodega with joining dining room can be used as 2 meeting rooms or one big dining room.

* Musicians apartment can be used with meeting table.

* Outdoor dining table under roof can be used for meetings 

* Sitting area outside studio can be used for meetings

* Sofa area next to infinite pool can be used meetings

 Its not allowed to smoke inside the house.
​Outside each group has to agree on their own rules. 

 ​All outdoor areas are cleaned every morning.
We can offer maid service on request if you want to have bed linens changed, trash bins emptied, rooms cleaned, living room cleaned, hallways cleaned etc.
​Since this interferes with your privacy we will agree on what is wanted and give an offer for this. 

 The lady of the house is vegetarian and is happy to assist the Caterer and having dialog with guests on their wishes.

Our Tourist license don't allow us to prepare food but we can help organize food from our catering contact and they have all food labeled.

 A. Renting medium size private car from 10 euro pr. day. This is the most economical and gives the group freedom to go in smaller groups to shopping, beach etc. 

B. We can  give you contact with bus company and assist if needed in the dialog, around 400 Each way.

C. 9 seaters for the week, around 600 + gas.
