The complete property is 14 000 m2 plot , The main house that you are renting is a 600 m2 house.

You are 100% private in your house no other guests, owner or others, Private parking, pool and outdoor area. 

We are at the moment in a prosess of evaluating what type of rental form we will do for the future.

So for the moment we dont have any licens or take bookings in any way for now. 

 We have 2 PA systems with easy to use digital mixers, mics, mic stands, amplifier.

Even if our nabos are mostly more than 1000 m from the house the sound is traveling.

Our nabos normally don't complain unless you play HIGH music after 12. 

No music / sound over 95 Db at any time.
No music / sound over 65 Db between 24.00 and 12.00.

For control with sound level you can only use our sound system with LIMITER for controlling the Db. 

 Yes, we have AC in corridors to cool down the bedrooms. Some of the bedrooms has private AC.
All rooms has fans, moving air is often much better then AC and you have less possibility to catch a cold.   In total the property has about 20 AC

 All towels and other things that should be washed. 
But bed linen please leave them ON the bed(s).
Please take the towels to the kitchen area.
Brush out all floors and remove all garbage.
All glasses, plates etc. cleaned or in the dish washer.

We wash all surfaces and floors and the bath rooms.   

 You also find us on FB and Instagram,  we have different photos there.
We update this site when we renew rooms or outdoor area. 

 Check-in is ​17.00 if we have outgoing guests.

If we have incoming guests it is 10.00
​If we don't have incoming guests you are free to use the outside area until 12.00  

 Its not allowed to smoke inside the house.
​Outside each group has to agree on their own rules. 

Most fly to Alicante airport, but also Valencia airport.

1. Shutle from airport to the city. Train to Xativa. Pickup or local taxi for 20 Euro.

2. Airport Taxi at the airport 150 Euro

3. Uper like web booking 120 Euro
4. Rent a 5 seater 20 Euro per day.
5. Rent a 9 seater 600 per week
6. Buss, price depends on how many but most often the most exspencive. Around 600+ each way.
